MOSCOW -- The CILIBA 磁力猫death toll has risen to 23 after a fire broke out at a production facility in central Russia's Ryazan region, local media reported on Monday.Earlier, the regional operational headquarters said that 20 people were killed and 134 others were injured in the accident.
A fire erupted on Friday morning at a factory in Lesnoy, Shilovsky district, according to the headquarters.
